This is great. I think it could be pushed a little more by making the butts pushing into each other instead of just touching. Funny stuff keep it up!

More butt push! you sir...have a good business mind. I am promoting you to C.E.O of butts.

Good stuff. I like what your doing with this image. Here are my thoughts.

- Your lighting direction isn't consistent throughout the image and it's causing some tangents that flatten this image a little. For example look at the tree you could play with the light hitting more of the tree top. Since that part of the tree is overlapping the shadow side of the building it will give more depth and overlap. If you look at the crowd of people and look at the shadow on the wall it doesn't follow that overall direction of light you set up with your buildings. The tree would also cast an interesting shadow across the slanted roof and wall.

- The building on the far left feels to cut out and stuck on. You could work with adding a bit more depth to the window and door. Also the wood beam the should be jutting out more on the edge of the building to help break up the surface. Watch out for the shadow tangent with the window and door. I would also apply some more of the texture quality you have done with the building on the right. I really like the overall painterly feel you have with that.

- The female figure feels a little to stuck on. I would probably darken up the wall behind her a little more. Her left hand and the edge of the wall is at a weird tangent too.

- The wall area behind the crowd could use a little value adjustment. I would make a slight gradient going up from where the ground meets the wall. That will help it sit back in space and feel a bit more integrated with the environment.

Everything I'm noticing is minor and shouldn't take to long to adjust if you felt like it. This is good work and I wish I was this good at your age. Just watch out tangents and use light and shadows to show form and depth. Cheers!
